Information you should know about "Free Annual Credit Report"...

Under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA) amendments to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you are entitled to a free copy of your consumer report, at your request, once every 12-months.  Unfortunately, the FACTA only applies to the 3 main credit bureaus.  It does not apply to ChexSystems or the other second tier credit bureaus.
